Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager (Spanish required) to drive successful delivery of professional services projects implementing Workiva solutions. You will manage a portfolio of 20–25 projects, lead end-to-end execution, and serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams.

The role requires a 4+ year PM background, fluent Spanish, and strong communication skills. Preference for PMI/PRINCE2 certifications and SaaS delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish at business level is strongly required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS projects and managing multi-party delivery models is preferred.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly preferred.
