Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to master Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• BS or BA preferred, but strong backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Conduct marketing consultations via video to drive upsell opportunities.
• Match client needs with the best service level and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for online demos.
• Maintain client relationships and address issues promptly.
