Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience calculating commissions or variable compensation, including interpreting plans.

Responsibilities

• Own sales commission calculations across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Track ARR and other SaaS metrics for monthly reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership and investors.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and headcount reporting.
• Improve financial processes and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to maintain reliable data.
