Employer.com is seeking a highly analytical Analyst, Strategic Finance and Reporting to drive growth and cost efficiency through accurate revenue, expense, and churn forecasts. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, and Operations to ensure data integrity across forecasting and reporting platforms.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Analytics or Sales Forecasting in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, financial modeling, budget‑to‑actual variance analysis, and revenue reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data warehousing (Redshift).

Responsabilidades

• Build, refine, and maintain revenue and churn forecasting models; adapt to market conditions.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, Redshift, Tableau to ensure reliable inputs for forecasting and reporting.
• Develop dashboards tracking GTM KPIs, sales performance, and revenue trends; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, governance, and automate reporting workflows.
