Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support North America. You will drive adoption, retention, and renewal across a broad mid-market portfolio while collaborating with sales and product teams. This is a fully remote opportunity within the US, requiring native English communication and strong relationship management.

You will lead onboarding, create training materials, and deliver proactive guidance to ensure customers realize maximum value from our platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer success experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record with net revenue retention and gross revenue retention.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform adoption through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for high-impact issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Regularly engage clients to understand challenges and provide solutions.
• Create user guides and webinars to educate customers on the software.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to relay customer insights.
• Monitor account health and report metrics with actionable recommendations.
