Job summary

DemandBridge, part of Fluent Software Group, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships across a diverse portfolio and maximize adoption, retention, and growth. You will be the main point of contact, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location: remote, United States or Canada. Salary range is $75,000-$85,000 USD per year, with final compensation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role.
• Experience managing a portfolio including enterprise and SMB customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex products clearly and use data to guide decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption, retention, and account growth for assigned customers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support for a coordinated experience.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
