Job summary

Funnel Leasing Inc. is seeking a Controller who can work from anywhere in the U.S. This hybrid role requires commuting to our Odessa, Florida HQ 1–2 days per week, with Tampa Bay area preference.

The salary range is $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus benefits, and the Controller will own financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, treasury and internal controls. You will lead process improvements, manage acquisitions, and provide strategic guidance to leadership in a SaaS real estate tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA license (active or inactive).
• 7+ years accounting experience; SaaS experience preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience with QBO, Chargebee, Chargebee RevRec, Teampay, Avalara, Zuora.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting & analysis in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions.
• Ensure tax compliance and internal controls; drive process improvements.
