Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of in-house tech transactions experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide feedback to improve model performance.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance on contract tasks.
