YO AI Labs is seeking a part-time SaaS Contracts Counsel to help train and evaluate AI systems that review technology agreements. This remote role emphasizes drafting, redlining, and risk assessment for MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, with a focus on high-quality feedback.

You will perform simulated negotiations, develop evaluation criteria, and collaborate with product and research teams to improve AI-driven legal solutions, ensuring accuracy in contract reviews.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to provide actionable feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews and provide expert feedback.
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks.
• Identify contractual risks and assess legal reasoning and accuracy.
