You will draft, review, and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and contribute to AI evaluation frameworks while collaborating with product and research teams to ensure precise, legally sound outputs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and provide feedback on contract redlining workflows for AI training and evaluation.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
