Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support rapid growth by negotiating and closing SaaS agreements with our largest customers. This role reports to Senior Commercial Counsel as part of a global legal team and is remote, with headquarters in Glendale, CA.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial deals, advise on privacy and information security terms, and partner with sales, finance, and product leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for complex SaaS agreements.
• Ability to provide practical business counsel and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of privacy and information security terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and related commercial agreements.
• Provide counsel to sales, finance, and product teams on deal structure and risk.
• Develop playbooks and templates to scale contracting as the business grows.
• Partner with deal desk, revenue operations, and legal to improve contract workflows.
