Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Commercial Counsel to enable rapid growth while navigating risk. You will partner with our sales team to draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements with major customers, including privacy and information security terms.

The role is remote, reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel, and sits within the Global Legal Team. You will work with legal, commercial executives, and business leaders on deal structure, templates, and processes to scale with our expanding

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements with customers and prospects.
• Experience providing commercial/legal guidance on deal structures, drafting and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and information security terms relevant to SaaS deals.
• Strong drafting, judgment and independent work ability.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close SaaS sales contracts with key customers and prospects.
• Provide legal counsel to deal desk, sales, and finance on contract structure and risk.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve contract templates, playbooks and workflows.
• Support partnerships, vendors, and IP-related agreements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data security requirements.
