Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks a Commercial Counsel to enable rapid growth while managing risk. This remote role reports to the Senior Commercial Counsel and partners with our sales team to negotiate and close SaaS contracts with our largest customers.

You will draft and negotiate complex SaaS agreements, including privacy and information security terms, and work with legal, commercial executives, and various department leaders to improve playbooks, templates, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Draft, review and negotiate complex SaaS agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice on deal structure and risk.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and deal desk on templates and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts with customers and prospects.
• Advise on deal structure, risk assessment, and contract drafting.
• Improve contract management playbooks, templates and processes.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, revenue ops, and finance on deals.
• Handle privacy and information security terms in agreements.
