You will build trusted relationships, translate OfficeSpace capabilities into measurable business outcomes, and drive value through AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead strategic reviews, validate ROI, and partner with Sales for expansions while guiding customers through adoption and evolving workplace strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management in SaaS.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention, renewals, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience supporting renewals and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, adoption, outcomes and growth across dedicated mid-market accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as strategic partner.
• Lead outcome-driven Success Plans with priorities, KPIs, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct strategic business reviews demonstrating ROI and impact.
• Turn AI insights into action and manage health signals and opportunities.
• Own renewal readiness and collaborate with Sales on expansions.
• Guide customers through adoption and evolving workplace strategies.
