PerformYard is seeking an accounting‑savvy professional to own the daily accounting cycle and billing inbox, enabling senior finance to focus on analysis and forecasting. You will partner with Sales Ops and Customer Success in a fully remote environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years of SaaS or subscription billing experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and solid knowledge of accruals, month‑end close, and Excel.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of accounting experience, SaaS or subscription billing a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts.
• Bachelor's in accounting or finance required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full order-to-cash cycle from closed-won to cash collection and revenue recording.
• Own the billing inbox and respond to invoice questions and remittance requests.
• Generate invoices, apply cash receipts and run collections outreach.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and account reconciliations for monthly close.
• Help with sales tax filings and close checklists as we scale.
