PerformYard is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to own the daily accounting cycle and manage the billing inbox for our SaaS products. You’ll report to the Finance Manager, collaborate with Sales Operations and Customer Success, and support the full order-to-cash process from contract to cash, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and timely close.

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance required.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience owning a shared inbox or high-volume queue.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; SaaS or subscription billing a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily accounting cycle and billing inbox.
• Support the full order-to-cash process from closed-won to revenue recognition.
• Review billing accuracy including pricing, terms, and start dates.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end close entries.
• Assist with tax filings and audit documentation as needed.
