Job summary

Beacon Talent represents a PE-backed, high-growth B2B SaaS company in the EHS and workforce-training space hiring a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle new business into mid-market and upper-mid-market accounts.

You'll self-generate most of your pipeline and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across EHS, HR, and Operations. This is a fully remote role based in the United States with uncapped commission and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
• Proven outbound self-generation with a repeatable motion.
• Experience with mid-market to enterprise deal shapes (3–6 months).
• US-based and comfortable working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle new-business sales into mid-market and upper-mid-market accounts.
• Self-generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery and map a multi-module platform to customer needs.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles across EHS/HR/Operations and executives.
• Own the account through year one and transition to Customer Success.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline in Salesforce.
