Job summary

Millennium Systems International is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across SMB and mid-market customers in North America. This is a 100% remote role that focuses on expanding Meevo adoption, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering measurable business impact for salon and spa operators.

You’ll engage owners and managers, tailor demos, collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success, and maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in or related to the salon/spa or beauty tech space.
• Proven success selling to mid-market organizations and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities with owners and managers to optimize operations and growth.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor product demos to ROI and value.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to close, coordinating with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as trusted advisor for operational and business outcomes.
• Track and forecast opportunities in Salesforce and other CRM tools with accurate pipelines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to position Meevo as the preferred platform for salon/spa/MedSpa.
