Qualifications

• National Diploma in Payroll Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, with SA regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software (Sage, PaySpace, VIP Payroll).
• Strong knowledge of SA tax and labor laws relevant to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll on bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with SA payroll legislation (PAYE, UIF, COIDA).
• Manage registrations and submissions to SARS, UIF, COIDA.
