Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Russian-speaking Account Manager for a remote role with a B2B iGaming provider operating across Europe. You will manage a portfolio of smaller clients and be the main contact for day-to-day communication and commercial discussions.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, fluent Russian, strong English communication skills, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Success or similar client-facing role within the iGaming industry.
• Fluent Russian is essential.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a B2B environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Good understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and how B2B providers work with online gaming operators.
• Based in Europe and available to work on a contractor basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized iGaming clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication, requests and commercial discussions.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact across a relatively large number of accounts.
• Understand each client's business, markets and requirements to identify opportunities for further growth.
• Drive account performance through upselling, cross-selling and increased product adoption.
• Monitor client activity and performance, identifying potential issues or opportunities at an early stage.
• Coordinate internally with technical, product, operations and other relevant teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
• Support clients with product updates, new releases, promotions and other commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account information and keep CRM records up to date.
• Ensure client issues are followed through to resolution and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on account activity, performance and commercial opportunities.
