RTX is seeking an Enterprise RunMyJobs Administrator (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) for a remote U.S.-based role. You will administer Redwood RunMyJobs, lead system upgrades, and work with SAP teams to resolve complex issues while ensuring audit compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Remote work is offered with occasional travel and on-site interview possibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Redwood RunMyJobs data model and ability to build custom reports.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical problems and end-user support.
• Prior experience on SAP projects and coordinating with vendors for resolution.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Ability to network quickly across disciplines to diagnose problems and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise administration support for Redwood RunMyJobs.
• Lead enterprise projects such as system upgrades and ServiceNow integration.
• Research and propose solutions for complex problems using various methods.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to diagnose and implement solutions.
• Ensure SAP system compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training to new Redwood RunMyJobs users.
• Travel up to 10% for on-site meetings as needed.
