Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track internal and external requests for timely completion.
• Develop, maintain, and improve status tracking and monitoring tools.
• Schedule meetings and calls to support team activities.
• Perform initial reviews of request submissions, validating data accuracy and tie-outs.
• Summarize and report on request status, highlighting issues, risks, or delays.
• Contribute to projects to enhance processes, templates, and tools for financial reporting and internal controls.
• Support the quarterly certification process, including preparation and submission management.
• Obtain, track, upload, and document known policy deviations per procedures.
• Assist with compliance reviews for international and small sites, administrative tasks, and key report evaluations.
