Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, has an opening for an Enterprise RunMyJobs Administrator (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) in a remote role. You will provide enterprise administration for Redwood RunMyJobs and lead projects with federated teams.

You will collaborate with SAP teams, diagnose application problems, and train new users while supporting compliance and security requirements. Expect travel up to 10% and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Redwood RunMyJobs with data model and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical problems and end-user support.
• Experience on SAP projects and vendor coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to network across disciplines to diagnose and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise administration support for Redwood RunMyJobs with a federated team of other administrators.
• Lead enterprise projects associated with Redwood RunMyJobs such as system upgrades, integration with ServiceNow, etc.
• Research and recommend solutions for complex problems using a variety of methods and modalities.
• Collaborate with SAP teams and diagnose application problems and work with SAP teams to implement solutions that address those issues.
• Works with DT Compliance to ensure SAP system compliance with internal and external auditors
• Provide training to new Redwood RunMyJobs users
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed
• Participates in industry conferences, keeps skills up to date, follows industry trends
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for occasional on-site meetings
