Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Specialty Clinical Solutions with medical pharmacy experience to lead clinical services and strategy for our specialty programs. The position requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy, a current US pharmacist license, and at least 7 years in medical pharmacy or health plan settings.

• Evaluate therapies, market trends, and drug management to improve outcomes and affordability.
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and propose new solutions for evolving needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess program performance and reporting.
• Develop client-facing clinical materials, presentations, and publications.
• Represent the organization as a clinical expert in industry engagements and conferences.
