Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Release Support Programmer Analyst for our CPS platform. This remote role allows candidates within ~70 miles of Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO to apply.

You will support new releases, troubleshoot existing code, and test changes while coordinating with internal teams and customers to minimize disruption. OO programming experience and willingness to work on-call are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented language.
• Willing to work in a programming support environment as this is not developing new code.
• Willing to work in an on-call rotation that is outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Supports programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
• Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
• Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
• Provides programming support for various interfaces.
• Keeps customers informed of enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
