Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Release Support Programmer Analyst to provide programming support for annual releases of the CPS platform. This remote role requires collaboration with external customers and internal teams to ensure smooth software updates.

You'll troubleshoot and debug code, test changes, and communicate progress and impacts to customers. The position calls for at least 2 years in OO programming and willingness to work an on-call rotation beyond normal hours.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented language.
Willing to work in a programming support environment (not developing new code).
Willing to participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours.

Responsibilities

Supports programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Provides programming support for various interfaces.
Keeps customers informed of enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
