Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Release Support Programmer Analyst to provide programming support for new releases of our CPS platform. You will collaborate with external customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployments.

The role requires multitasking, teamwork, and strong customer service, with on-call rotations outside regular hours. Remote work is available, within roughly a 70-mile radius of our Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented programming language.
• Willing to work in a programming support environment as this is not developing new code.
• Willing to work in an on-call rotation that is outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Supports programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
• Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
• Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
• Provides programming support for various interfaces.
• Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
