Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Release Support Programmer Analyst to assist with annual CPS releases, debugging, testing, and customer-facing support. This is a remote role, requiring the candidate to live within roughly 70 miles of designated U.S. office locations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of OO programming experience, be comfortable in a programming-support environment, and be prepared for on-call rotations outside standard hours. SQL and RPG experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented language.
• Willing to work in a programming support environment, not developing new code.
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours.
• Nice to have RPG experience, SQL skills, and a CIS/data processing background.

Responsibilities

• Provides programming support for new releases and existing CPS software.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, tests code, and fixes to ensure quality.
• Supports various interfaces and keeps customers informed of enhancements.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external customers to minimize impact.
