Job summary

Chimes is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that support mission-critical work across our US teams. This remote role allows eligible candidates to work from anywhere in the United States, with compensation tied to geographic tier and internal equity.

You will translate business requirements into automated workflows, test and deploy bots, and collaborate with analysts, IT, and process owners to scale processes securely and reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• RPA certification preferred.
• 3+ years in software automation.
• Experience with enterprise RPA platform.
• Experience with APIs, databases, source control, and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into designs and build workflows.
• Test, debug, and deploy bots to production.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical specs, PDDs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with analysts, process owners, IT teams.
