Job summary

Chimes is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that support mission-critical work. This remote US-friendly role requires authorization to work in the US and emphasizes collaboration with IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software automation, hands-on RPA platform experience (UiPath/Blue Prism/Power Automate) and a degree in a related field. Compensation varies by location and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of software automation experience.
• Experience with APIs, databases, source control, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate business process requirements into technical designs and build workflows using approved RPA platforms.
• _
• Test, debug, validate, and deploy bots to production in accordance with stability and security requirements.
• Monitor automation performance; troubleshoot runtime, functional, integration, and credential issues; update workflows as enterprise apps change.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, PDDs, workflow documentation, and end-user guides.
• Work with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify and assess automation opportunities.
