Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions supporting mission-critical work. This remote role is available to US-based candidates with legal work authorization in the US.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, test and deploy bots, and collaborate with IT and business teams to identify automation opportunities, delivering scalable, secure processes.

Qualifications

3+ years developing, testing, deploying, or supporting software automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise RPA platform and programming or scripting languages.

Responsibilities

Translate business process requirements into technical designs and build workflows using approved RPA platforms.
Test, debug, validate, and deploy bots to production in accordance with stability and security requirements.
Monitor automation performance; troubleshoot runtime, functional, integration, and credential issues; and update workflows as enterprise applications change.
Prepare and maintain technical specifications, Process Design Documents (PDDs), workflow documentation, and end-user guides.
Work with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify and assess automation opportunities.
