Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Remote Insurance Claims & Collections Coordinator (Roofing) to support our US-based restoration client. You will manage insurance-related processes, coordinate with adjusters, and keep CRM updated to move claims forward.

This full-time role requires clear English, experience in roofing or insurance claims coordination, and ability to work across time zones. You'll collaborate with internal teams, handle documentation, and participate in client-approved

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, restoration, or insurance claims coordination.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English clearly.
• Willing to submit background checks before onboarding.
• Available for video meetings with camera on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies and adjusters to obtain updates.
• Collect and organize documents such as adjuster summaries and settlement statements.
• Follow up on estimates and invoices to confirm receipt and payment progress.
• Update CRM records with communications and status changes.
• Move clients through internal workflow stages based on job progress.
• Communicate daily with internal teams to provide status updates.
