Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking an Account Executive for RockGymPro to sell climbing gym management software and payments to gym owners and operators. You will own the territory from first touch to close, blending inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting and collaborating with the Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inbound and outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS to owner-operators is a strong plus.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads and convert to qualified opportunities.
• Prospect and outbound outreach to build a healthy pipeline.
• Demonstrate RockGymPro and payments solutions in demos.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and forecast reliably.
• Travel to industry events 2–3 times per year.
