Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a ROC Operator to remotely operate multiple production units from the Remote Operations Center.

The role requires night and weekend coverage as scheduled by ROC Manager, with duties focusing on safe, reliable plant performance and data-driven decision making. You will monitor SCADA data, adjust control variables, and log changes while coordinating with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Process Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial preferred).
• 1–3 years industrial operations experience preferred.
• Experience with pumps, valves, compressors/turbines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, reliable operation of multiple production units.
• Adjust control variables and equipment parameters to optimize performance.
• Track performance data and implement best operating plans.
• Lead starting and stopping of plant machinery as required.
• Log process changes, alarms, and communications.
• Complete station rounds and shift summary reports.
• Review and release medical grade product per FDA regulations.
