Western Midstream in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a ROC Specialist to join the Engineering and Operations team. You will work in the Remote Operations Center and handle data entry for compressor runtime, safety reporting, resource dispatching, and assist in call management with customers.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in oil field production operations, basic oil and gas knowledge, and familiarity with Office and dispatch systems.

Formación

• One year of experience in oil field production operations.
• Basic knowledge of oil & gas operations (compression, pipelines, SWD, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP PM, Cygnet, Fleetmatics, and I Maps; Ironsight is a bonus.
• Strong time management, communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
• Assist in maintaining operational reporting, activity logs, status reports, and safety/environmental incident reporting
• Daily communication between operators, supervisor, marketing, commercial development and our customer base
• Generate notifications and/or work orders for resource dispatching
• Be an active participant in our Health Safety and Environmental culture
• Accomplish job responsibilities/duties in accordance with WES Core Values
• Travel required: 0–10%
• Work schedule: 12 hr / 7 days on, 7 days off
