Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a ROC Operator based in Irving, TX, within the Remote Operations Center. You will remotely operate several production units, analyze control-system data, and drive plant performance to meet expectations.

Responsibilities include adjusting variables, logging changes, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across plants. Shift work, including nights and weekends, is required.

Formación

• Advanced SCADA and process control literacy.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to read process diagrams (P&IDs, PFDs) and interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Operate multiple production units remotely within the ROC.
• Adjust control variables and equipment parameters to meet performance targets.
• Track plant performance data and implement best operating plans.
