YER USA is seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer to expand our footprint in North America robotics and industrial automation. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in building territory from the ground up, developing new client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for complex technical solutions.

You will target OEMs, integrators, and end users across the US, Canada, and Mexico, conducting demonstrations, refining proposals, and forecasting revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales in robotics or automation.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing territories.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new customers across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Proactively prospect, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and evaluations.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide feedback to refine product positioning and strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
