Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Robotics & Mechatronics AI Expert to contribute to advancing next-generation AI systems. You will apply engineering knowledge to real-world robotics challenges and demonstrate how AI coding agents can support complex workflows.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on robotics and mechatronics with system design, problem-solving, and practical experience using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on robotics and mechatronics experience with software, hardware, control systems, or system integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve practical robotics and mechatronics problems using advanced AI coding agents.
• Design, implement, test, and document solutions to robotics and mechatronic systems.
• Demonstrate how AI agents can be applied to complex, large-scale engineering problems.
• Use AI coding agents for navigating large codebases, debugging, developing features, and optimizing workflows.
• Document agent-driven workflows, decisions, prompts, code sequences, iterations and outcomes.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical correctness, reliability, maintainability, and relevance.
• Provide structured feedback on AI agent performance and limitations.
• Contribute real-world examples involving end-to-end feature development and system design.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
