Job summary

Turf Tank is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. You will lead on-site robot setups, train customers, and ensure deployments meet Turf Tank standards with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.

You will perform territory maintenance, troubleshoot in the field, and provide feedback to improve onboarding and training materials. Overnight travel up to 80% and day travel up to 90% are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field service, installation, or training roles
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Technical aptitude with robotics, software, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site robot setup and user training following Turf Tank’s standardized processes
• Provide timely technical troubleshooting in the field and escalate issues to Field Operations Manager
• Document work performed and offer feedback to improve onboarding and training materials
