Job summary

Turf Tank is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to teach and support new and existing customers in the region on how to operate and maintain our autonomous line-marking robots. You will ensure successful deployments, consistent customer experiences, and day-to-day field execution aligned with Turf Tank standards.

The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude with robotics, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 80% overnight and 90% day travel) while working remotely as

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field service, installation, or training roles.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Technical aptitude with robotics, software, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site robot setup and user training following Turf Tank’s standardized processes.
• Complete on-site service requests and follow-up visits as assigned by the Field Operations Manager.
• Assist during peak seasons by supporting the Robot Support team with overflow requests.
