Job summary

Turf Tank is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support customers across the United States on our autonomous line-marking robots. You will lead on-site deployments, train users, and ensure every installation meets Turf Tank standards and delivers a reliable, repeatable customer experience.

This role requires strong communication, technical aptitude with robotics, and the ability to work independently in the field, with travel up to 80–90% and occasional remote coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field service, installation, or training roles.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Technical aptitude with robotics, software, and problem-solving.
• Customer-focused but process-driven onboarding approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site robot setup and user training following Turf Tank’s standardized processes.
• Ensure onboarding meets quality benchmarks for configuration, training, and customer readiness.
• Provide clear training and supporting resources to build user confidence.
• Complete on-site service requests and follow-up visits as assigned by the Field Operations Manager.
• Provide timely technical troubleshooting in the field; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Document work completed and communicate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist during peak seasons by supporting the Robot Support team with overflow requests.
• Follow established checklists, processes, and standards to ensure consistency across all deployments.
• Offer input to refine onboarding quality or training materials.
