Job summary

Turf Tank Vernal, Utah-based is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to teach and support customers regionally on operating and maintaining Turf Tank robots.

You will lead on-site onboarding, perform field service, and provide responsive customer support while adhering to Turf Tank standards; travel up to 80% and 90% day travel, with remote work options as needed. Strong robotics/tech aptitude and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field service, installation, or training roles.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Onboarding: lead on-site robot setup and user training following Turf Tank’s standardized processes; ensure onboarding meets quality benchmarks; provide training resources.
• Territory Maintenance: complete on-site service requests and follow-up visits; provide timely technical troubleshooting; document work and give feedback for improvement.
• Customer Support: assist during peak seasons; follow checklists and standards for consistency; contribute ideas to refine onboarding quality and training materials.
