Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to a major implementation site.

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and set goals and metrics for HUGO RAS system.
• Develop surgeon training plan and arrange for proctored cases after training.
• Prepare staff training and support staff through their learning curve.
• Support technology adoption by assisting cases during learning sessions.
• Engage clinical stakeholders using change management techniques to gain buy-in.
• Coach hospital staff to achieve self-sufficiency in operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Medtronic field service engineer to prep OR for HUGO RAS system.
• Track milestones to show value of the pilot site.
• This is a fully remote role with >75% travel across the country.
