Job summary

B. Braun is seeking a Product Specialist, Neuro to provide clinical and product support to customers and the sales team during evaluations and case coverage. You will collaborate with clinical staff to educate on Aesculap products and ensure they are comfortable with the products.

You will partner with Sales and Product Management to address customer needs and ongoing education. This role is remote with opportunities to engage in on-site activities as required.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry; extensive application of principles and theories.
• Work under minimal supervision; rely on experience to accomplish goals.
• Judgement required in resolving complex problems.
• Interacts with clients to negotiate and interpret information; may consult with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts clinical staff in-services prior to evaluation.
• Provides on-site clinical support to accounts during product evaluations.
• Supports sales representatives with evaluations.
• Maintains accurate records of case coverage and survey reports.
• Communicates with Traffic/Distribution on deliveries and pick-ups.
• Works with Product Management to develop education/in-service materials.
• Provides ongoing clinical support to sales force.
• Participates in trade shows and convention activities as required.
• Vendor credentials must be kept up to date.
