Aesculap Inc. is seeking a remote-based Sales professional in the Boston area to lead Neurosurgery capital product opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with executive stakeholders and extensive travel to key accounts.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in medical device sales, the ability to engage with C-level executives, and a willingness to work a non-standard schedule in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required; Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule and on-call hours as needed.
• Physical requirements: sit/talk/hear; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive-level selling strategies with proposals, action plans, and relationship building with customers at high levels.
• Controls the sales process by targeting buyers and influencers and overcoming objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence to interact with C-level executives and observes surgical procedures to stay informed on trends.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments; supports various duties as assigned.
