B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive neurosurgery capital product opportunities across a multi-state territory. The role requires building executive-level relationships, developing strategic proposals, and guiding the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.

The ideal candidate will reside near Detroit, MI; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; or Milwaukee, WI, with willingness to travel extensively and align with non-standard schedules and on-call needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required; Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed; On-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals and action plans, and building relationships with customers at the highest levels.
• Manages and controls the sales process by targeting buyers and influencers; overcomes objections to win opportunities.
• Interacts with C-level executives and observes surgical procedures to stay informed on industry trends.
• Responds to customer needs and acts as liaison between customer and internal departments.
