Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates for its Roadside Assistance team. You will answer real-time inbound calls from drivers across the United States, guide them through the next steps, and coordinate with service providers to dispatch help quickly.

You will work in a performance-driven remote environment, using Google Workspace, CRM and dispatch tools, while maintaining empathy and clear communication under pressure. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote work setup required with dedicated home office.
• Must pass comprehensive criminal background screening.
• Proven ability to manage stressful situations with empathy and clarity.
• Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools while on a live call.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from motorists to provide roadside assistance.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate frustrated customers using active listening and empathy.
• Navigate multiple dispatch tools and web-based systems to track progress.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
