Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. You will perform telephone triage, document assessments in client EHRs, and provide clinical support across multiple states from a home office.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelors in Nursing with 2–4 years of RN experience, and has telephone triage experience using electronic protocols. A Compact License is required or in coordination with state licensing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license and Compact license.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage protocols and documenting in EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use standardized protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
