Job summary

Call-4-Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time remote triage. You will respond to patient calls, perform clinical assessments, document interactions in EHR, and coordinate follow-up care with providers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience, active eNLC licensure, and experience with multiple EHR systems. Remote work across states with HIPAA-compliant home offices is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience.
• Active, unencumbered eNLC license required; additional state licenses may be needed.
• Experience with telephone triage and multiple EHR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and respond to nurse triage calls using established protocols.
• Provide clinical assessments and triage via telephone or patient portal.
• Coordinate follow-up care and communicate with providers and external facilities.
• Assist with RPM programs and patient education as needed.
