Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for remote triage across the United States. You will perform telephone triage, document patient encounters in EHRs, and provide clinical assessments to support providers nationwide.

This full-time remote role requires an RN license (and multi-state readiness) with a focus on clinical decision-making, patient education, and collaboration with hospitals, clinics, and government agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license with multi-state eligibility as required.
• Experience with telephone triage protocols and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state triage services.
• Perform telephone-based clinical assessments per established protocols.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems or Call 4 Health platform.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate with providers on administrative/clinical tasks.
• Support RPM programs including vital signs monitoring and patient education.
